Home Staging Before & After Pictures
I absolutely love the physical aspects of staging a home. There’s nothing more rewarding than taking a room and changing it from blah to incredible. Seeing the reaction of the homeowner is high on the list as well. Most will tell me that they expected the home to come out nice but “not this nice.”
Here’s a picture of a kitchen that I staged last week in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Now here’s what the room looked like before:

As you can see, the transformation is huge and went beyond the “typical” staging. As the home staging partner (one of 5 interviewed), I had the good fortune of selecting the:
- The flooring - we settled on hardwood and carried it throughout the entire first level of the home.
- Wall color - a nice neutral color was selected to compliment the flooring and cupboards
- Countertops - this was one of the last decisions to make given that we had determined to keep the existing cupboards. I chose a rich-looking countertop that helped bring all the elements together.
