As a professional home stager in Atlanta, I’ve had the good fortune of working with many builders and investors in staging their model home units. In fact, one of the homes had been featured on the front page of the living section in the Atlanta Journal Constitution. We had great success even before the article. Once we had completed the model home, 9 went under contract in less than 2 weeks.
