Atlanta Home Staging Florals
Buyers, as we know, are now narrowing their search for their next home using the internet. If we can capture their attention from the listing, then we stand a better chance of taking them from the internet and into the driveway.
Even though I’m NOT a professional photographer and am NOT a real estate agent, I knew I had an opportunity, as a home stager, to add further value to the seller and agent by taking the best pictures I could possibly take.
So armed with that as my mission, I made an investment in dollars and in my time to ensure the photos I captured of the home were good.
Here are a few tips I’ve used:
I take tons of photos from all different angles. I never know, when taking the actual photo, which angle will be the best. I start in each corner of the room and work my way into the center of the room. This allows for some unique shots and what I call up-close and personal. Here’s an example:

Up Close & Personal
I use Picnik to do some quick and easy edits. Picnik has truly helped to make a difference in making not only the editing process easy but allows for further customization (for example, adding text, frames, etc…)
I don’t always stand when I take my pictures. Here’s what I mean (see below). In this example, I’m actually squatting down when I took this photo. The result is something a little more unique.

All great tips Kathy. Hopefully we’ll see some better looking photos on the MLS because of this. Thanks for posting them.
