Vacant Home Staging in Atlanta
Part of our motto at HomeStagingAtlanta.com is that we make the home staging process simple. We’ve been staging homes in and around Atlanta for years and have this down to a science.
This morning, I had the challenge of staging a newly constructed vacant home in Atlanta in time for the agents’ Tuesday Caravan. The caravan was to start at noon. Our “we make the process easy” was put to the test. Here’s what the home looked like at 9:30 this morning:

We had the following “key” rooms we were staging: Living room, kitchen, dining room, powder room, master bedroom and master bathroom. Did we manage to meet the deadline?
We sure did. At 11:00 (that’s one and a half hours later) we were packing up.
Here’s what the room looks like now that it’s been professionally staged:

How did we make the process of staging this vacant home in Atlanta happen so quickly?
- We had determined what furniture pieces we needed and ordered accordingly.
- We knew where each furniture piece would go
- As the pieces were put into place, we worked our magic with the accessories.

Kathy: When you told me you were able to stage this home in 1 1/2 hours, it knocked my socks off. What you didn’t tell me was how great it looked when you were finished. You really accentuated the best features of the home. Congratulations!

Thank you both. The pressure of having it done as quickly as possible actually added to the excitement. The agent loved how the home came out as did the owner.
